Systainer Cabinet DIgital Downloads
I designed these files to be easily cut out on the CNC but you could also do this on Shaper Origin, though I think it would be tricky. The zip file includes the DXF, SVG, Vcarve, Vcarve Pro and Aspire files. The Vcarve files have my recommended tool paths but you will want to change them for your tooling and machine. This is designed to be made with 18mm (.71”) plywood. If you don’t use that you will have issues with the joinery, though you can definitely edit the file to work with different sized ply. The cabinet will be 18.25” wide X 36” tall X 16” deep. Each cab can hold 2-5 systainers depending on what size your systainers are. Here is a link to the Festool Sys Shelves I used:
