If you want to make your own ZCI for the Festool KSC 60 cordless Kapex then you’ll want this! This will include the Vcarve Pro, Vcarve, DXF and SVG files. You’ll be able to make this on the CNC or Shaper Origin. Here are the settings for the tool paths:
Countersink pockets: .2”
Thru holes: .27”
Side pocket: .125”
Profile cut: .27”
Material should be .27” thick. You’ll need a blank that is 3.75”x20”.
