Zero Clearance Insert - Festool KSC 60 Cordless Kapex

I recently got the Festool KSC 60 Cordless Kapex and my first task was to design a zero clearance insert for it (my second task was to design a zero clearance fence). The fit is tight and everything lines up as it should. It will make your saw look nice and the zero clearance make cutting small parts safer. This is a consumable item and will get damaged over time so you may want to consider buying more than one. Especially if you plan to do compound cuts.
