Bow Tie / Dutchman Inlay Digital File SVG Shaper Origin CNC

$2.99

This file includes a 2”, 3” 4”, 5” & 6” bow tie file. I designed these files to have as close to a sharp inside angle as possible on the bow ties. To achieve this I use a 1/4” endmill to cut the profile then I finish it with an 1/8” endmill. For the mortise pocket I use the same vector and do a -.005” offset so it’s slightly larger than the bow tie. You will also hog out the bulk with a 1/4” end mill and finish it with an 1/8” endmill.
