48" x 48" workbench - Perfect for OneFinity CNC! - Digital download - Digital File

$4.99

I designed this torsion box workbench for my OneFinity. It is 48”x48” and is 36” to the top of the table. This will require 2.5 sheets of 3/4” ply. This was deigned for ply that is .72” thick. If your ply is slightly thinner you’ll be fine. If yours is thicker you’ll want to run an offset on the profile cut of the “ribs” so they can fit together. If you’re ply is .75” thick you’ll want to do a .03” offset. The file only has 2 of the 48”x48” panels but you’ll need 3 total if you want to make the shelf. I recommend making the shelf. It adds a lot of strength to it. The file includes the DXF, SVG and the VCarve file. I also added two wide stretcher to the backs as well. They’re just 5” wide and 48” long.
