Freshroll
303 2nd Street · Metreon · San Francisco
A full fast-casual build-out in a warm, natural material palette — maple plywood cabinetry, wainscoting, and wall panels throughout; solid hard maple tables; and a custom vertical-grain Douglas fir pass-through between the service line and guest counter.
Turnaround was tight. Design of the custom Doug fir pass-through was handled in-house, fabricated in El Dorado, and delivered on schedule.
